St. Joe’s Soccer Families,

This Thursday night we are having our annual soccer party for our under-six players. We will have pizza for everyone and every player will be presented with their trophy celebrating the end of a great season together. 

Here are the FAQ’s:

Time: 6pm to 8pm

Where: The St. Joseph Parish Center

Who is invited?: 2021 U6 soccer players and their immediate families.

What are the covid protocols?: We ask that everyone follow standard school policy and keep masks on, when not eating.

*We ask that players and coaches wear their fall soccer tees.

*We are asking that all of our families chip in and help to supply some items that we need for the party. With close to 70 players and 6 teams this year, we expect 180 attendees  (+ or -). We are breaking out our needs by team. Please divide the task as a team and plan for approximately 200 servings. Below is what we are asking for from each team:

Leprore: Juices Boxes 

Dunbar: Bottled Water & Sprite

Miller: Individual Bags of Chips

Romano: Coke & Diet Coke

Donnelly: Individual Bags/Packs of Cookies (nothing with nuts)

Dineiro: Paper Plates / Napkins

The SJAA will pre-order cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza to be delivered.

*When everyone arrives, we ask that you sign in your families by what table you are sitting at. This is a request from the school relative to potential contact tracing needs if there any post party covid issues.

*Once everyone has some time to eat, we will call up everyone by team for their trophy presentation. Parents will be able to approach the stage for photos at that time.
